Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. Returns and Exchanges Policy

3.1 Returns

We do not accept returns unless the order cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of available products. If the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, we will notify you, and a return will be processed.

 

3.2 Exchanges and Reprints

If there is an issue with the order you received, such as print quality problems, damaged products, or broken items, we will offer exchanges for or reprints of the same product you ordered.

 

3.3 Requesting Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery of the product. Requests made after this period will not be honored.

 

3.4 Proof of Damage or Quality Issues

If the product has noticeable damage or poor quality, it is imperative that a proof (such as photographs and or videos) is provided so that the issue can be handled as quickly and proficiently as possible.

 

4. Order Modifications

4.1 Standard Orders

Upon placing your order, unless it is a customized order, you have up to one hour to submit changes such as shirt size or color. After this period, no changes can be made.

 

4.2 Customized Orders

For customized orders, all preferences and requests must and will be solidified before the order goes into production. Once production begins, no changes can be made.

 

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Timeframe

You must allow between 7-14 days from order confirmation for the item to be received unless stated otherwise through email.

 

5.2 Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Custom Services

6.1 Payment Terms

For custom services, at least half of the order amount must be paid before the order can be fully confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final product is shipped/delivered.

 

7. Fraud Prevention

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
