How long will it take to process & ship my order?
- Depends on what your order consists of. Order Processing and Shipments range between 7-14 days.
The color shirt I want is not listed. I chose "Other". How can I choose the color shirt I want?
- When choosing "Other" for your color option, please specify in the checkout/cart special instructions what color you would like. Click Here for available color options.
- Contact us at shopgraced@yahoo.com with the color shirt you would like and the design/name of the shirt. If the color you're asking for is available, we will let you know and you can place your order through the site.
My size is not listed. Is there any way I can still get the product?
- Contact us at shopgraced@yahoo.com because your size may be available in a brand that we aren't using but are able to order for you.
What's the process for total custom orders?
- Contact us at shopgraced@yahoo.com for specifications regarding customization & Once the design has been finalized, come back to the site to pay the deposit and Once the product has been made, you will be sent an invoice or request for the remainder of the cost.
What is your Refund Policy?
- All sales are final.
- No returns.
- If there is a manufacturer's mistake, you can either choose a refund or we will send the correct item and design to you free of charge.
- Refunds are only processed if there is a manufacturer's mistake.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the order, Returns & Exchanges must be made within 14 days of order delivery: item not worn, washed, or damaged.
